DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law. If a user deletes their account, historical order records are still maintained and any messages they sent are disconnected from their username/account. Credit cards are never stored in our database, they are passed directly to Stripe for payment processing.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data, including using SSL encryption for transactions and access controls to limit unauthorized access.
COPPA COMPLIANCE
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
OPT OUT & UNSUBSCRIBE
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any email or by contacting us directly.
ACCOUNT ARCHIVE & DELETE
You can archive or delete your member account by going to members -> account -> my account -> edit account and scrolling to the bottom of the page. There is a 'delete account' button that will explain the outcome of archiving or deleting your account as well as a button for both options. If a user deletes their account, historical order records are still maintained and any messages they sent are disconnected from their username/account.
REFUNDS
We generally do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges. You buy it, you keep it. We will take action as needed, however, to ensure you are charged the correct amount, and that the products you order arrive in good condition. In some scenarios we may offer refunds or exchanges if products are incorrectly oversold, and you do not want to wait for a restock. If a backordered item is taking too long (beyond max estimated ship time), a refund is acceptable for that item only and the remainder of the order (if present) will still ship.
GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy and any related disputes, including those concerning purchases made through our website, shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New Hampshire.
